Cresta Villas assures clients that it takes the confidentiality
of all personal information seriously and consequently takes all
reasonable steps to comply with the principles of the Data Protection
Act 1998 other than save where required by law statutory obligations
or legitimate purposes balanced against the rights and interests
of the data subject.
Cresta Villas furthermore reassures its clients that it collects
personal information only in order to assist clients in their
overseas property search, and retains that information only for
so long as those purposes remain valid and for as long as the
client wishes. Furthermore if and when that contact ceases to
be relevant, or if the client asks to be removed from our records,
we shall do so forthwith and destroy the information accordingly.
It is against our company policy to ever sell, or pass on, for
whatever reason, individual personal information to any third
party or for marketing purposes. Cresta Villas will only share
client information with our legitimate and trusted associated
companies and where it is relevant to the property purchase.
