company here in the UK and our Italian partners.

We know our service is unique, many of our clients are introduced

We like to spend time talking to clients, and most importantly listening
to them, finding out what is important to them. We want to establish
your criteria and requirements and avoid wasting your valuable time
showing properties or locations unsuitable for your needs.
If you are not familiar with an area, we try to ensure your chosen
area or region will actually meet your requirements and expectations,
as we strongly believe that finding the right location is the most
important aspect of buying your home abroad. Remember the golden

We understand how sometimes people can be really quite anxious about
buying abroad, and the importance of getting good advice, information
and support to ease their anxiety.
When the time comes to visit and view, we will arrange tailored
appointments; in some regions we can arrange multi-appointment viewings.
All can be organised with just one phone call to us; saving you
the time and cost of contacting individually a myriad of agents
or developers and so also avoiding any duplicated viewings if several
different agents become involved.
With some of our off-plan developers and builders, and even estate
agents we can arrange a more direct focused escorted inspection
visit for 2 or 3 days (see viewing page for more details).

Additionally, our relevant contacts in Italy also have to provide
